🔁 Refund & Return Policy – PORTAIR
At PORTAIR, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
Requests must be raised within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
✔ Product must be unused and in original condition
✔ Original packaging must be intact
✔ Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received:
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be refunded to your original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer
🔄 Replacement Option
If you prefer, we can send a free replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Used or damaged products (not our fault)
• Requests after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging
